For Device piercings: 

One piercing (individual hole): $35 + Cost of Piercing Studs (sold in pairs)

Two piercings (two holes): $50 + Cost of Piercing Studs (sold in pairs)

For Needle piercings: 

$35 + Cost of Piercing Studs (sold individually)

If needed for your needle piercing, downsizing your post costs $25 per piercing with a titanium post. At this time, you can upgrade to 14k Gold posts for an additional $20 per post.
