At Rowan, we pierce all ages! For children 5 and under, we require at least one DTaP vaccine (typically administered at 2 months old). To ensure the health and safety of our little ones and our team, we’re unable to make exceptions to this vaccination requirement. 

For children under 5, we use our hand-pressurized device for piercings, and we do not use hollow needles for this age group. A parent or guardian must be present for any minor under 18.
