What is Rowan's Holiday return and exchange policy?Updated 10 hours ago

For online and in-studio purchases made from 11/1/2025 through 12/31/2025, Rowan will accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn items until 1/31/2026. Items marked as final sale and piercing studs are not eligible for return. Piercing fees, shipping fees, and gift cards are non-refundable. 

Items purchased in-studio cannot be returned through our online portal; they must be returned or exchanged in person at a Rowan studio.

For online returns, you will pay a $5 shipping fee to return your item(s) to our warehouse. Once the items have been dropped off and scanned by the carrier, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

For online exchanges, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label, and the replacement item will be sent as soon as we receive notice that the carrier has scanned your original parcel as ‘In Transit’.

If you received less-than-perfect merchandise or have any quality concerns with your new Rowan item(s), please send a photo to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to make it right!
