At Rowan, every ear piercing is performed by a licensed nurse trained in the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard™ - a comprehensive training program developed alongside our Medical Advisory Board, ensuring every experience is grounded in safety, precision, and care.

Rowan exclusively uses hypoallergenic earrings made from premium, nickel-free materials. Rowan nurses offer piercings using a gentle, hand-pressured device with pre-sterilized 14k gold or medical-grade stainless steel earrings, or with a hollow needle with sterilized 14k gold or titanium jewelry options. The hand-pressured device and the hollow needle are safe and accurate when in the hands of a trained professional. We never use piercing guns, which are spring-loaded and can damage the ear tissue.

Rowan nurses have extensive experience creating a stress-free environment, are experts in using PPE and maintaining sterility, and always put their customers (you!) first.
